Patent infringement to be reason for blocking them. County court judge is San Jose, USA, Lucy Koh, who announced this decision. Apple has filed this blocking efforts since February last, along with efforts to tackle other Samsung products that violate patents.

Reported by Reuters on Saturday (6/30/2012), this decision take effect immediately after Apple paid U.S. $ 96 million bond for all damages suffered by Samsung, if in the future in mind that the order was wrong.

"Although the Samsung would be disadvantaged because they have to pull their products off the market before
its feasibility can be determined after a full trial, the real dangers that lurk Apple's loss is greater," the judge said Lucy.

Two giants in the realm of this smartphone has been involved in a patent war that seemed to never end. Both mutual accusations and sued back. Not only in the U.S., a patent war is reaching a variety of countries.

Galaxy Nexus itself actually will be the first smartphone that can run Android, the Jelly Bean. Jelly Bean updates to Galaxy Nexus is scheduled for release in July. As a result, Android lovers in the U.S. who can not wait to taste it will probably be disappointed with this block.
